The aim of this course is to help you to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence to better support people living with a mental health condition.
To facilitate your learning, we have structured the course into six units. Some units are larger than others, but we estimate that you will need to commit an average of two hours of learning for each unit.
- Unit 1 – Introduction to mental health
- Unit 2 – Depression
- Unit 3 – Anxiety disorders and insomnia
- Unit 4 – Suicide and self-harm
- Unit 5 – Bipolar disorder
- Unit 6 – Schizophrenia
