The CPPE learning operations team is a small team supporting over 70,000 GPhC-registered pharmacy professionals in England. We provide day-to-day support to those users including password resets, workshop bookings, assessment queries and advice on using and navigating the CPPE website.
As a government-funded organisation, CPPE has a limited budget with a responsibility to provide the best-value service possible. We are currently experiencing a number of changes among our head office function, and while we bring new people on board to support you, we are unable to provide telephone support. This decision is in effect from 1 December 2022 and will be reviewed at the end of January 2023.
Please contact us using the Live Chat service on our website, which is available between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Live Chat will allow you access to one of our helpdesk operators who will attempt to resolve your issue or answer your query during the chat. CPPE’s head office is located in the Stopford Building, which is part of the University of Manchester campus. The building is located on Oxford Road, on the corner of Ackers Street and opposite the Manchester Academy.
