MBTI® is one of the best known and most trusted personality assessment tools that can help you understand yourself better. Your MBTI® profile describes how you see and interact with the world, helping you understand your motivations and appreciate the value that others can bring. This will help you frame decisions more effectively, reduce miscommunication, avoid conflict, manage stress, and understand your personal needs more effectively.

Understanding MBTI® and your MBTI® preference can help you in your professional career and personal life. It will support your interactions with patients and help you improve working relationships, and develop your leadership style.
