CPPE worked with a wide range of stakeholders to develop the national learning pathway for Developing clinical pharmacists in general practice. The national learning pathway describes the vision, core principles and themes for the 18 month programme. Each theme describes the knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours for the GP pharmacist role.
Pharmacists completing the General practice pharmacist training pathway will use the national learning pathway document for personal development planning, supported by their education supervisor, to guide their pathway learning.
