The elements of the Antimicrobial stewardship quality criterion that relate to learning and assessment are:
- By the end of 31 March 2023, all patient-facing pharmacy staff that provide advice on medicines or healthcare working at the pharmacy on the day of declaration must have satisfactorily completed, within the last three years (between 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2023), the Antimicrobial Stewardship for Community Pharmacy e-learning and assessment on eflh.
- By the end of 31 March 2023, all non-registered pharmacy staff working at the pharmacy on the day of declaration must have satisfactorily completed, within the last three years (between 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2023), the HEE Infection Prevention and Control Level 1 e-learning and assessment on elfh.
- By the end of 31 March 2023, all registered pharmacy professionals working at the pharmacy on the day of declaration must have satisfactorily completed, within the last three years (between 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2023) the HEE Infection Prevention and Control Level 2 e-learning and assessment on elfh.

There are three learning programmes and associated assessments linked to these elements of this criterion. All of these programmes are accessible via elearning for healthcare (elfh) and your role will guide which of these programmes you should complete, as described below.
An activity report can be generated from the elfh user account on completion of the training and assessments. Contractors must keep a copy of the activity report for all pharmacy staff, as a certificate of evidence that they have completed the training.
