This e-assessment completes the learning you began with the CPPE Summary Care Records in community pharmacy programme. Access and successful completion of this assessment will contribute to your own personal development plan, be recorded in your My CPPE record and will enable you to complete a CPD entry on the learning. You can share your pass result electronically with the SCR implementation team by ticking the box on your MyCPPE page.
You can access this assessment online on your desktop, laptop or tablet device. We recommend that you do not attempt the assessment on a mobile phone or other device with a small screen. It is important that you have a reliable internet connection for the duration of the assessment.
Most of our assessments have a 45-minute time limit, so make sure you set enough time aside, have the learning programme and any other resources to hand, and can work through the assessment without interruption.
