Minor ailments services: a starting point for pharmacists

  • Released: 04/2009
  • Reviewed: 10/2012
  • Study time: 4h:0m

The current contractual framework for community pharmacy and government policies on the provision of healthcare outline the way the minor ailments services are delivered to patients.

This programme contains information that supports the provision of minor ailments services. A new e-learning programme is currently being developed that will replace this existing programme. This will take into account the changes in these services since the NHS system restructure in 2013, and provide resources on self-care to support your learning.

Up to date information about the provision of minor ailments services is available on the PSNC website.
