This short e-course has been developed for pharmacy professionals with an interest in developing their leadership skills to be able to implement the Healthy Living Pharmacy initiative. The programme uses the dimensions of the NHS Leadership Academy's Healthcare Leadership Module to explore the challenges and rewards of leadership and inspire you to develop your leadership skills and behaviours. You will have the opportunity to learn using a variety of media and to take part in discussion forums to solve problems and share experiences with colleagues.

This e-course is run in CourseSites. When you have booked on to the e-course on the CPPE website you will receive an email from CPPE customer services telling you how to register on to the course with CourseSites. When you access this programme each week you will need to log in to CourseSites (not the CPPE website). We suggest that you save CourseSites as a bookmark on your computer.
Our e-courses are run online. You can take part in a tutor-supported version, which is normally held over a number of weeks, or access the learning materials at other times when the tutor-supported course is not running. The programme runs in CourseSites™ and you need to register with CPPE and CourseSites™ before you can take part.
Learn with others on the tutor-supported course: You will have the opportunity to engage with other learners for the full duration of the course. You can take part in active discussion forums, problem-solving activities and interactions that enable you to share best practice. You will have the support of an online tutor and other pharmacists with similar interests. We advertise the starting dates for each tutor-supported course on the CPPE website.
