This e-learning programme has been developed by Health Education England and is available on the e-Learning for Healthcare website. It is designed to support all health and social care staff to understand the threats caused by antimicrobial resistance. After ordering this programme, you will be redirected to their website where the resource is hosted. Learning outcomes

On completion of all aspects of this learning programme you should be able to:

  • discuss why there is such a concern about misuse of antibiotics and antimicrobial resistance
  • list the key risks for development of antimicrobial resistance
  • identify your role in tackling antimicrobial resistance.

How to use this programme
