We are excited to announce the launch of our new Preparing to work in a primary care network or GP practice e-course.
This e-course aims to prepare you for working in general practice or a primary care network (PCN). You will learn about others’ experiences in these settings and be supported to identify your development needs, including signposting to key resources.
The e-course is split into two sections. The first section provides background to the roles and signposting to relevant information and resources, to support you when considering applying for a role in practice. In the second section, you will complete the self-assessment framework and use this to inform your learning needs.
This programme does not aim to replace any other CPPE learning materials. Instead, we recommend that this programme is used to reflect on how your current knowledge, experience and skill set can support you in working in a PCN or GP practice.
This course also takes a new approach to gaining feedback from learners within the course itself. Using integrated survey technology, learners will be able to give feedback in real time and share how they intend to use the learning to shape their practice.
