We are delighted to announce the launch of our new e-learning programme - Quality improvement (QI) an introduction for pharmacy professionals.
This programme has been developed to give you an understanding of the basics of QI, so you are able to identity its relevance to healthcare and your area of practice.
The e-learning programme considers potential triggers of QI projects and introduces you to an overview of commonly used QI tools to enable you to identify a QI opportunity of your own.
The programme uses podcasts to illustrate how Craig, a pharmacy technician, identifies a problem in his workplace. You will learn how Craig engages with his colleagues to work through the issue to the benefit of the team’s patients. Throughout the programme, Craig’s project is revisited to allow you to apply your gained knowledge to practice.
