Cardiac arrhythmias e-learning launched

We are pleased to announce the release of our newly developed Cardiac arrhythmias e-learning programme.

Cardiac arrhythmias aims to help you develop the therapeutic knowledge you need to support the clinical management of patients with cardiac arrhythmias. It provides you with an overview of the most common cardiac arrhythmias, and how they are identified and diagnosed in practice.

The e-learning descibes the different types of cardiac arrhythmias and their clinical presentation, as well as explaining how they are diagnosed. This will allow you, as pharmacy professionals, to discuss the impact that living with an arrhythmia may have on patients, their families and carers.

Once you have completed the e-learning programme you will be able to assess the management of atrial fibrillation by reviewing the evidence base and patient perspective, and put together a personal plan to contribute to the care of those living with arrhythmias.

This programme is available to pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pre-registration trainees.

Access the Cardiac arrhythmias e-learning.
