COPD Optimise launched

We are pleased to announce the release of our new Optimise learning programme. COPD - Focus on combined brochodilators provides clinically focused learning to help you optimise the treatment of patients living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

This programme will help you to reflect on your decision-making ability when reviewing the use of combined bronchodilators in COPD management. It will allow you to consider the benefits of combined bronchodilators and support you to feel confident in your consultations with patients.

There have been recent changes in the Global Initiative for Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) guidelines in terms of the management of COPD and this Optimise programme will explore these changes. It will also allow you to look at new combined bronchodilator inhalers, to help you understand what they are and when to recommend these inhalers.

Whether you are an expert or non-expert, COPD Optimise will help you improve your management of COPD exacerbations and improve patient outcomes.
