We are delighted to announce a collaboration with the NHS Leadership Academy to offer the Mary Seacole Leadership Programme to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working in community pharmacy.
Applications are now open for the first four cohorts, which start in October, in Manchester, the South East, Nottingham and London.
There will be a further 11 programme cohorts announced across England over the next few months.
This NHS-led flagship programme is designed to develop your leadership and management skills to enable you to drive quality services in community pharmacy and make a difference to the health of the patients you see.

The Mary Seacole Leadership Programme will actively encourage you to consider what that change means for you, and what you can do to be a success in the workplace.
The programme runs for six months and is available in various regions across the country, preparing you for the demands of leadership in the healthcare system today.
