Clinical history-taking: what a good consultation looks like e-learning

We are pleased to confirm the launch of our latest e-learning programme and addition to our consultation skills portfolio – Clinical history-taking: what a good consultation looks like.

For those running clinics, working in general practice, or thinking about a move to a more clinical role, this e-learning programme is ideal to improve and hone your clinical history-taking skills.

It is a video-based programme and considers the key skills pharmacy professionals can use to take an effective clinical history.

The programme also uses the Calgary-Cambridge guide to take you through the clinical history-taking process, while introducing tools and resources to help demonstrate a person-centred approach to the consultation.

Throughout the programme, useful videos are used to showcase the clinical history-taking tools in practice, ensuring you can continue to apply a person-centred approach to your clinical history-taking consultations.

Access the e-learning programme now.

We have plenty more exciting consultation skills developments coming in the next few months, so keep an eye on our Latest news page and our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter.
