Our clinical portfolio is expanding on a frequent basis, helping you to advance your knowledge and skills and deliver medicines optimisation in practice for all sectors of pharmacy. From two new focal points a year to our small group learning for hospital pharmacists – Optimise – this section focuses on clinical pharmacy, diseases and therapeutics.

Public health

The public health agenda is embedded in pharmacy, yet topics such as emergency contraception or stop smoking support are as prevalent as ever. As well as our public health workshops, use this section to access a wide range of resources to assure and maintain your competence, all underpinned by the Declaration of Competence system.

Life skills e-course applications open

We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for our latest Life skills - developing your potential e-course.

The course will help you to develop a range of skills to reach your full potential and is perfect learning for the start of the academic year to ensure your success in 2017/18.

Through engaging fully and actively with the content, you will build a greater self-awareness and develop a personal skillset that will help you in a variety of situations, both professional and personal.

The course is suitable for all pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, whether you are just starting your career in pharmacy or are an experienced healthcare professional.

This e-course gives you a rare opportunity to be part of an active, online learning community, where you can share best practice, gain support from an online tutor and support your peers.
