CPPE has designed an efficient way to record the key activities and assessments you undertake as you progress with the Clinical pharmacist in general practice education. This will help you to track your progress with learning and assessments throughout the 18 month pathway. It is important to note that the series does not need to be completed in order.
Your education supervisor and the CPPE general practice team will be able to see your progress with your assessments and learning to inform quarterly review meetings.
Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults is the responsibility of all patient-facing healthcare professionals. You must complete this assessment as part of your induction in your new role regardless of whether you have completed a local safeguarding assessment.
You may also want to complete the CPPE Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults e-learning programme to support completion of this assessment.
