CPPE has designed an efficient way to record the key activities and assessments you undertake as you progress on your journey along the General practice pharmacist training pathway. This will help you to track your progression with learning and assessments throughout the 18 month pathway.
It will also enable CPPE to evaluate the pathway and provide data to education supervisors to support their work in ensuring that progress meetings with pharmacists and assessments by pharmacists are completed in a timely manner.
All entries are private unless otherwise stated in the activity, which means that what you write will not be shared or published. Your education supervisor may be sent reports including wording added to private entries.
You will meet with your CPPE education supervisor quarterly during your clinical pharmacists in general practice education. Your education supervisor will be working with you to support your pathway learning. The education supervisor will provide feedback on your assessments and your engagement with the learning.
At this first meeting you will meet your education supervisor, discuss your learning needs analysis and agree which pathway you will complete. You will plan your modules over 18 months, receive the pathway handbooks, sign your learning contract, discuss plans for your new role and start your personal development plan (PDP).
